Homemade Fabric Softener

I only recently started making this after my success with laundry soap. I have no clue how many loads this does!

Ingredients Needed:
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cups hair conditioner (I use something cheap that smells good, ie. Suave)
  • 6 cups water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon jug or an old detergent container
  2. Shake to combine

Tips:

  • Shake before each use
  • Use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup per load
  • This can be used as a dryer sheet by soaking a sponge in the softener, wringing it out and tossing it in the dryer. Either way works great!
